We have railed against the One-And-Done rule countless times. And throughout this tournament we have made our opinion of Sir Charles known.
But amazingly enough we are both in complete agreement that this 1 year removed from high school rule is killing both college and pro basketball. You have to hear what Barkley says about this.
Yes, we are agreeing with the "great blow job" dude. What has this world come to...

For the love of Pete, no...
ESPN’s premiere college basketball analyst, Dick Vitale, has signed a contract extension through the 2014-2015 season.
Sigh.

How many times have we said Dickie V is annoying?
Currently watching UConn/Georgetown and Dick Vitale just said:
"I think the best guard tandem in college basketball is Scheyer and Nolan Smith!"
Geee, we wonder why?

The NCAA in it's infinite wisdom...
Both Rich Brooks and Bob Knight thinks this is bullshit:
On another note our ears nearly bled listening to Dickie V during the Georgetown / Butler game.

What the hell did Bill Raftery just say?
Currently watching the Gonzaga / Wisconsin tussle in Maui when we heard this. The audio is more important than the video here. We listened to this several times and this is what we THINK Mr. Raftery said:
Sean McDonough: We're under way, Gonzaga in blue controlled the tip.
Raftery: Arm and hammer! Jay Bilas! Wisconsin go! Bee piss!
Jay Bilas: ???
If anyone has any better translation we would like to hear it.

Weekend out
Dr. Saturday is money. Hat tip to you sir for calling our attention to this article from ONIONS!!! Sorry, The Onion. Got a little Raftery in us.
Again, The Onion shows us what true genius is about.
We will be going to Vegas this weekend to watch the Final Four among other things. Actually by the time you read this we may already be in our cars driving there (thank you auto post). We don't think our room has internet access because we are too cheap. But if it does, then expect some posts from Sin City during the games. Expect some cheesecake photos as well because one of our hobbies is making fun of that ONE drunk girl at the casino bar.

Miscellaneous
Those Spartans know how to celebrate...
East Lansing to put more police on the streets in anticipation of the Michigan State/Memphis game.
East Lansing police say this past weekend's game went off without any problems, but the department will be calling in extra patrols Friday night...
Sparta?
And damn the NCAA rules about showing highlights! This newscaster has a way around that...
PUPPETS AND DOLLS!
Do you think is was just by coincidence that Duke was represented by a Barbie doll?

Anatomy of a meltdown...
I watched the Washington State / USC game last night and what amazed me was NOT the insane skills of the Cougars' perimeter shooters, but the way USC completely and utterly lost control of that game in the second half.
Halftime: WSU - 27 / USC - 23
In the second half, the mixture of turnovers, bad shot selections and JesusOJ Mayo trying to once again be a one man show led to the Cougars outscoring the Trojans by 15 points!
15!
By itself 15 is not THAT big, but it was just the way they got the 15. By shutting down SoCal so thoroughly.
Is that a UCLA scout?
Onwards...
Yeah, what IS going on with those ankles? As College Hoops Journal has mentioned it seems to be ankle season right now. Dayton's star player Chris Wright broke his ankle against scrappy Rhode Island yesterday. Dayton is currently ranked 14 in the Blogpoll, and I am thinking they will start to fall out without Wright. Right?
Ms. Andrews strikes again! Now I have never understood the fascination that people have with this woman...
But when the freakin' Wisconsin student section start ejaculating her name in unison, then Brent Musberger and Steve Lavin join in the masturbation-fest...
(HT: NCAA FanHouse)
Well, maybe I need to research her appeal further. She looks like just another boring blond to me folks. Kinda like Wendy Nix.

Yawn...
Geez, do these guys have any individual thoughts of their own?!?
Digger: "I pick UNC, Memphis, Kansas and UCLA"
Bilas: "I pick UNC, Memphis, Kansas and UCLA"
Davis: "I pick UNC, Memphis, Kansas BUT Gonzaga"
That shit reminds me of the Sam Adams commercial with the dweebs ordering water BUT with lemon, until someone with balls said "Gimme a beer!"
