Comments - Yup, we are running a theme here. Baby blogpoll didn't like the fact that Kansas got out played in the final minutes of two games. That caused them to fall completely out of the poll. What's more, the Jayhawks didn't even make any adjustments to compensate between the first game and the second game. It was like watching Bill Murray in Groundhog Day trying to figure the shit out.
Also, UNC unanimous blah blah blah...
Welcome to the party, Mizzou! Hopefully your stay will not be brief or you will do better against Oklahoma than your football team did.

Updated bracket and failed liveblog
First, this is where we are at:
Not too shabby. We shall see what transpires today.
Next, we have to admit that we failed you. Yesterday we planned to do a liveblog of the first round. And we did, yet it was a little below our standards. And our standards are low to begin with, so lets just say it was shitty.
Between the myriad of technical problems we were encountering with the CoveritLive platform and this:
A sub-par event was created. Apologies to all. We want to do a makeup liveblog but we have to see when we can squeeze it in.

Selection Show live (kind of)
This is where I will be talking about the picks for March Madness. When it happens.

Hey, my wife's undergrad school Cal State Fullerton is in. But playing Wisconsin. They are not good to me (the Badgers), but they are unfortunately better than Fullerton.
USC against Kansas State. It's gonna be Mayo versus Beasley!!!! That should be good.
Almost All these 16th seeds are here for the first time. I feel bad for them.

7-Out
I was kinda shocked to find out that Oregon stymied the Lopez brothers. I mean, once they were both back and at full strength Stanford seemed to leap into top 25 contention.
And Oregon is very VERY inconsistent at times.
Yeah, I would have lost money on that in Vegas. Speaking of Vegas that is where I, Mr. "Blackjack Ladyfingers" will be this weekend. And you know what that means:
Did someone say "party"? And yes, I do dance like her when in Vegas. Very lame.
Nothing beats college hoops and the sports book. Might liveblog from there if I am not too drunk. Or maybe I SHOULD liveblog when I'm drunk. That would make for good trainwreck theater.

UA freshman guard Laval Lucas-Perry quit the Arizona men's basketball team Monday, announcing he has decided to transfer to another school. He's undecided on where that will be.
His father, Laval Perry, did not return a call for comment.
Don't even tell me he left for another reason.

Lessons in anger
Virginia's Singletary threw up an embarrassing airball. Resolved he wanted to rectify that error.
Duke wanted to make sure that airball haunted him. And they taunted him.
AIRBALL! AIRBALL!
But Singletary wasn't phased. Next time he got that ball he dropped the 2 pointer with authority.
And a lone UVA student in Cameroon Indoor Stadium let the dookies know what they should do:
